Instant Tomato Dosa (Easy Recipe)



INGREDIENTS
Tomato - 2 (medium size)
Red chillies - 3
Onion - 1 (chopped)
Rice flour - 1 1/2 cup
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves 
Salt
Water

PROCEDURE:
1. Grind tomato, red chillies and make them as a paste and transfer it to a bowl.
2. In the same bowl add rice flour and water and mix the batter without any lumps.
3. Add finely chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and salt to the batter.
4. Heat tawa at medium flame and pour the batter and spread it outside.
5. Apply oil and flip it to cook the other side for 1 minute.
6. Transfer the dosa to a plate to enjoy and taste the tomato dosa
