Wheat Dosa (Gothumai Dosa)


INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour        - ½ cup
Water                  - ½ water
Onion                 - 2 onions (finely chopped)
Curry leaves       - 1 tsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Green chilli        - 2
Mustard              - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds       - 1/4 tbsp
Salt
Oil






PROCEDURE
1.  Take wheat flour in a bowl. Add water till thin batter having pouring consistency without any lumps.
2.  Heat 2 tsp oil in kadai at medium flame.
3.  Add mustard, cumin seeds, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, onion and salt for taste. Fry until onions turns to golden color and turn off gas.
4.  Mix this mixture with batter in a bowl.
5.  In hot pan, pour dosa batter carefully.
6.  Add ½ tsp of oil on top and keep in heat until base of dosa turn golden brown.
7. Now yuppie wheat dosa is ready to serve and taste :)
