Mushroom sandwich















INGREDIENTS
Bread             - 6 pieces
Mushroom     - ½ cup (finely chopped)
Capsicum       - ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Onions           - ½ cup (finely chopped)
Tomato          - ¼ cup (finely chopped)
Mustard         - ½ tbsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt
Oil
Ghee to toast

PROCEDURE
1.  In kadai heat 2 tbsp of oil and add mustard, mushroom, capsicum, onion, tomato.
2.  Add chilli powder and salt for taste. Keep in medium flame for 5 minutes and turn off gas.
3.  In medium heating pan, toast the breads by applying ghee on both sides of the breads.
4.  Keep the cooked mushroom stuffs between 2 bread pieces and press well.
5.  Now cut stuffed bread pieces into 2 pieces to taste our yuppie hot mushroom sandwich.
