POTATO BAJJI



INGRIDIENTS
Potato                        – 2 (medium    size)
Gram flour (besan)    - 400 grams
Rice flour                   - 200 grams
Chilli powder             - 2 table spoon
Ginger garlic paste    - 1 spoon
Salt to taste
Water
Oil
Baking soda

PROCEDURE

1.  Wash the potatoes and cut them into thin slices as shown below.


2.  Rest those slices in a clean white cloth to absorb the water content in potatoes.

3.  In a bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, baking soda a pinch and salt along with 1/3 cup of water. Mix well to make a smooth batter.

4.  Heat oil until hot enough in a kadai (vessel).

5.  Dip the sliced potatoes into prepared batter and coat it completely.

6.  Deep fry these slices until it turns golden color.

7.  Now your yuppie hot spicy bajji’s are ready to serve
