Healthy Spiced Peanuts
INGREDIENTS
Fresh Peanuts - 2 cups (without shells)
Water - 5 cups
Oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard - ½ tbsp
Curry leaves - 5
Green chilli - 1 (finely chopped)
Pepper powder - 1/8 tbsp
Chilli powder - ¼ tbsp
Onion - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt

PROCEDURE
1. In a cooker, add peanuts and water. Keep at medium flame for 5 minutes.
2. Drain off excess water from boiled peanuts.
3. In a vessel, heat 2 tbsp of oil at medium flame.
4. Add mustard, curry leaves, green chilli, onion and boiled peanuts. Fry everything as it mixes well.
5. Add pepper powder, chilli powder and required amount of salt. Mix well.
6. Transfer it to a bowl and add some onion and coriander leaves as topping.
7. Now our yummy healthy spiced peanuts is ready to serve and taste.
