Gobi 65 / Cauliflower chilli


INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower                - 2 cups
Turmeric powder       - 2 tbsp
Gram flour                 -  5 tbsp
Rice flour                   - 3 tbsp
Onion                         - 1 (medium size) (finely chopped)
Ginger garlic paste     - 1 tsp
Chilli powder              - 2 tsp
Salt as needed
Oil
Water

PROCEDURE:
1.  In a kadai, drop cauliflower florets and add 3 cups of water to dip florets. Add turmeric powder which helps to remove insects from the florets. After 3 minutes turn off the stove.
2.  Drain off the water and take florets in a bowl.
3.  In another bowl, add gram flour, rice flour, onion, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder and salt.
Pour water and make batter. The batter should not be too tick or too thin.
4.  Add gobi to batter and coat well.
5.  Deep fry in hot oil until it reaches golden brown color.
6.  Now our yuppie gobi 65 is ready to serve.
