Country chicken / Nattu Kozhi fry


INGREDIENTS
Country chicken        - 500 grams
Cinnamon                  - 1 inch
Cloves                        - 4
Ginger garlic paste    - 2 tbsp
Green chilli                -  1 (finely chopped)
Onion                         - 2 medium size (finely chopped)
Tomato                       - 3 (finely chopped)
Turmeric powder        - ¼ tbsp
Chilli powder              - 1 tbsp
Mint leaves               
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Water
Oil
Salt as needed

PROCEDURE
1.  At medium flame, boil chicken pieces with salt and water in cooker.
2.  Keep the kadai at medium flame. Add oil, cinnamon, cloves, ginger garlic paste, green chilli onion, tomato and fry for 3 minutes.
3.  Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, few mint leaves, curry leaves and add boiled chicken pieces. Mix everything and fry for 7 minutes. Turn off the stove.
4.  Add coriander leaves as topping and now yuppie hot country chicken fry is ready to serve and taste.
