CORN FRY
INGREDIENTS:
Corn - 2 cups
Oil - 2 table spoon
Mustard - ½ table spoon
Split Bengal gram - ¼ table spoon
Curry leaves - 2 spoon
Green chilli - 2
Ginger - 1 inch
Garlic - 4 cloves
Coriander
Chilli powder - ½ table Spoon
Water
Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:
1. In pressure cooker add 2 cups of corn and add required water to dip the corn.
2. Keep high flame for 2 mins and then off it.
3. Filter the water and keep the cooked corn in separate vessel.
4. Then take a cooking vessel and keep in medium flame.
5. Add oil, followed by mustard, split Bengal gram, curry leaves and green chilli.
6. Fry this for 30 seconds and add mixture of ginger, garlic paste.
7. Add cooked corn and add coriander, required amount of salt and chilli powder.
8. Fry these mixture for 2 minutes. Then turn off stove.
9. Transfer this spicy corn into a bowl to enjoy the taste.
