CABBAGE CUTLET


Hello Buddies, this quantity is to make around 10 cutlets.

INGREDIENTS:

Cabbage                -  ½
Onion                    - 2  (finely chopped)
Mustard                 - 1/2 table spoon
Ginger galic paste – 1 table spoon
Chilli powder        - 1 table spoon
Gram Flour           - 50 grams
Rice Flour             - 100 grams
Coriander
Oil
Salt




PROCEDURE: 

1.  Cut the cabbage into small pieces and grind it finely in mixcy.
2.  In pan, add 2 spoons of oil. After getting heat, add mustard.
3.  Now add ginger garlic paste, onion, mashed cabbage. Fry for 4 minutes and transfer it to a bowl.
4.  In this bowl add chilli powder, gram flour, rice flour and required amount of salt. Mix everything in the bowl to make a firm dough.
5.  Shape into small rounds.
6.  Heat oil in a pan and deep fry till the cutlet turns golden brown.
7.  Now your yuppie Cabbage cutlet is ready for serving. Add some coriander and onions as topping if needed.
