Barbeque Corn fry
INGREDIENTS
Sweat Corn - 1 cup
Water - 2
cup
Rice Flour - 3
tbsp
Corn Flour - 5
tbsp
Pepper powder – 1/8 tbsp
Chilli powder - ½
tbsp.
Onion - 2
tbsp (finely chopped)
Coriander - 1
tbsp (finely chopped)
Salt
Oil to deep fry
PROCEDURE
1. In a vessel boil
water and add 1 tbsp salt.
2. Add sweet corn and
boil for 4 minutes. Drain off excess water from the corn.
3. Take this corn in
a bowl and add rice flour, corn flour, and pepper powder.
4. Mix well to coat
the corn and sieve excess flour.
5. Deep fry in oil at
high flame until it turns golden brown.
6. In a bowl, take
this fried corn and add chilli powder, pepper powder and add salt to taste.
7. Mix well to
combine the spices equally.
8. Add onion and
coriander. Mix well
9. Now our yuppie
fried barbeque corn fry is ready to serve.
